DENSMORE, KRIEGER TO HOLD JOINT Q&A TODAY IN L.A.

Former Doors bandmates John Densmore and Robby Krieger will take part in a joint Q&A session tonight at the Bing Theater in Los Angeles following a screening of the 2012 documentary Mr. Mojo Risin’: The Story of L.A. Woman. Tonight’s event happens to fall just three days shy of what would have been Jim Morrison’s 70th birthday. Speaking of his late friend and frontman, Densmore said, “Jim’s words spoke to me in rhythms. His soul always came shining through.” Krieger added, “I often wonder why so many great people pass on at such an early age. Could it be that when you’re gone, you stay at that age for eternity? If so, the joke’s on us!”

STEWART SWEARS FACES REUNION COULD OCCUR IN 2015

Longtime Faces fans know that guarantees of a reunion are about as good as a nod or a wink is to a blind horse. Nevertheless, Rod Stewart said in a recent radio interview, “I think we have got much more of a chance of getting the Faces back together, in fact, Ronnie’s [Wood] office is talking to my people, and we’re earmarking 2015.” Alas, at least this is a first step, one of many Faces fans have heard in the past.

CRISS’ EX-WIFE ACCUSES DRUMMER OF KISSING AND TELLING LIES

The ex-wife of former Kiss drummer Peter Criss is accusing her former husband of telling lies in his 2012 tell-all Makeup to Breakup: My Life In and Out of Kiss. Lydia Criss, who penned her own Kisstory, Sealed with a Kiss, in 2006, said in a recent interview, “I know Peter, I was with him for 13 years, I’ve known him for 40 years. Peter is very dramatic, he’s an exaggerator, he’s a complainer, he’s a liar.”

OSBOURNES RIP SHARON’S BROTHER IN SEPARATE FACEBOOK POSTS

Both Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne Monday posted open letters on Facebook aimed at her brother David Levy, and what they had to say wasn’t pretty. In his letter, Ozzy wrote in part: “David Levy, brother-in-law in name only, leave my family alone. Stop selling false stories on my family. Get a job and be a man.” Meanwhile, Sharon wrote: “Since 2007 you have decided to make money off our dysfunctional relationship. With all the lies and disrespect in all of your stories, you’ve failed to mention anything about yourself. And let’s not forget that the daddy you say you loved so much, you put him into hospital when you beat him with a lump of wood around the head. PS: I am giving a copy of this to my lawyer. If any harm were to come to myself or my family in the foreseeable future, you will automatically be a suspect because of your criminal past.”
